Most candles are made and shipped out within a few days. I have a pretty fast turn around time. This is my "side job" so to speak, so when time allows I work on your orders as fast as I can. If this changes I will let you know, such as having to order more supplies etc..

About Paypal: Payment of course secure with Paypal. We do not see or store credit card and/or bank account information. We only receive an invoice from Paypal informing us you paid. We do not even know what type of funding you used to make your purchase.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. There is an option on the payment page that allows you to pay for your order without a PayPal account. A lot of our customers do not have an account.

You will receive an email letting you know your purchase has shipped, and tracking numbers to follow your order. If you do not receive one, you can always contact us and I will provide that for you. If you have any shipping questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
